User Information. To support any of Our Projects, plant trees, offer trees to third parties, or acquire any of Our Services, you must be registered as a User on our Site. Therefore, registration as a User is necessary to carry out the actions indicated above and acquire any of Our Services. Transaction Data. All orders are payable by credit card and processed through Our external payment service provider or via bank transfer. This provider will receive Your name and bank details to complete the payment and will notify us once it is processed. We do not store your payment information. However, We process transaction data (such as payment date, processing date, and amount) for reporting and compliance purposes, and retain it for five to ten years along with your identification data.

Performance of the contract to which you are a party. Tree-Nation allows individuals and companies to support Our mission by planting trees, offering them to others, or using Our Services in connection with selected reforestation projects ("Projects").
When you take part in any of these activities, we need to process Your personal data to fulfill Our obligations to You.
